HRI fights against discriminations

Since the 5th of June 2006, Human Rights International, after a positive examination of the requirements, has been registered in the italian national list of the “Organizations and Authorities that are operative in the fight against discrimination”, according to art.6 of the legislative decree from 9th of July2003, nr.215.

HRI now has the possibility of taking direct court action and to sue for the recognition of discriminations, which the victim has suffered directly or indirectly for reasons of origin or race. HRI itself can now file a suit or assist the harmed person during proceedings.
